Congrats BTM!! My Limit is my "...Love the blog! Congrats BTM!! My Limit is my "goal". It feels unobtainable. I have so far to go to get into shape & lose weight. I guess the motivation Limit factors in. In my previous life, I worked out 5 times a week, ate well, attended weekly weight loss meetings & journaled my diet.
