Other mornings i do non fat greek yogurt with fresh fruit when I get to work. I am going to have to try...That sounds yummy Lisa! I am going to have to try it.<br /><br />I try to do an omlet-one egg, two egg whites, with a little salt and pepper and sometimes minced onion. Whip it all together, then cook it in a pan sprayed with cooking spray. You can also add veggies but I ahve a hard time with veggies in the morning. It cooks quickly and is a nice way to start the day.
